I just had the worst customer service experience with an employee by the name of "YURI"an older asian lady that was the cashier. I asked for some assistance by showing her a pic of a project that I was working on. I asked if she can show me where I can find this size or type of ribbon. She went off by saying "How would anyone know the size of that ribbon" I then explained I didn't need the exact size. I just needed asistance finding the ribbon since it was my first time there. Then I asked if I had to buy the roll or if they sold by yard? She said "you go to the corner store if you want piece". By this time I was really frustrated and offended by her behavior. I then asked her if she was the owner and she smirked and replied "the owner is in china" Soon after a wonderful young lady by the name of "Angie" came over and asked how she can help. It was night and day with these two employees. "YURI" has no customer service skills and should not be working there. In the contrary "Angie" was so professional and was patient and provided great customer service. Let's call this "the cave of wonders" like in Aladdin, this is the mecca for crafts. GREAT PLACE with WONDERFUL and KIND employees ready to help bring your vision to life. Huge store with various party themes and celebrations. I bought these items for a gender reveal party for a friend. I got 2 cake toppers, NOT cupcake but cake toppers for $3 each. They have lots of glitter and are wood laser cut. For guest to vote in the baby's gender I got these small stickers for $1.10 each but come with 100 PCS. SMALL PARKING lot for 5 cars. The area is not the best since there is a lot of homelessness. My advice to you is have a plan, make a list of items, go early and on the weekday, to find parking. Trust me you will be overwhelmed with all the goodies they have. If the lot is full, street parking is available and it's free. I recommend parking further south towards central st or uber from your home. PAYMENT: $10 minimum purchase to use your card. I will definitely shop here in the future. I freakin LOVE this place!!! Got introduced by a friend and since then I have been coming here for my craft supplies. It’s pretty far from where I live but they have what I need!!!!
