It's not really a hotel if the homeless shelter located dead-set in the center of skid row the staff there really take care of you though three meals a day however it's located in the most awful location everit just outside the door it's terrible star crack needles all over the ground garbage everywhere it smells like urine feces in trash and the rooms are small but everyone that works there really doesn't great job at getting you on your feet and moving you along in lifethe food is awful though I'm not sure if they get it already prepared or they cook it themselves but whoever is cooking it needs to be let go for giving a lesson in seasoning you can't even eat their spaghetti it's so over spice and ends up burning you on the way out...

The Russ hotel is not a real hotel anymore. It's home for many for those you don't have a home. It houses homeless people with mental health problems. It's a wonderful place to get help get your life on track. If you are homeless or know someone who is homeless with a mental health problems. This place is hard to get into but its worth a try. It's not a safe area for women and Children. And for Anyone walking alone at night. This place is in Los Angels skid row. So their is a lot of people always walking around. If you are not from the area be careful walking around here. There is a lot of crime. Drug use and sales and gang activity. If you look out of place they will Rob you and jump you.
