First time today 1/9/24. 1/2 for a taco plate . No red sauce and bean are burn ! Disgusting!!!! Do not recommend! Tacos are ridiculously small! Taste like paper !!! There’s no effort in cooking food at all! Cashiers don’t have the attitude to work with people! Rude!!!! They don’t repeat orders so they often get orders wrong! Won’t fix them either because it’s Not on receipt !!😒will not go back!

I ordered the single cheeseburger with bacon but I should have gotten the double cheeseburger with bacon instead, but I can't complain with just the one patty because it was still delicious. As for the location, I think we all know it's historic. Nice to see the restaurant accepts EBT.

Great place to dine but it's by skid row so the area is not kind. But it's Los Angeles CA still a beautiful place to visit and eat street food and they accept EBT. And it's clean and up to date with how to pay, computerized you know what I mean?

This is as best as it gets where it pertains to cooking with familial heart and love. Makes it cozy to even be in the restaurant's entry area, as well as its tiny outdoor seating which is now open. Máma, Rosie, Andy and Eddy are a force to be rekoned with, when it comes to customer service, delivery of food in a timely manner, and the love they have for their patrons. I would recommend this small BUT, very essential food establishment. Every time I visit this place it feels like home and it's quickly reinforced when you get to meet the owner of the place... Máma, whom I have grown to love very much because of her particular style. Go there today and order ANYTHING, I guarantee you won't be sorry, especially if you order Máma's...

I see the bad reviews and honestly they workers are only human and mistakes happen but the food speaks for itself and if there is any unsatisfaction they will fix it.

The food ESPECIALLY their fries and California burger are WAAAY BETTER than they should be and I've heard their pupusas and fried chicken w/ spaghetti combo is apparently just as incredible.

DO NOT LET THE NEIGHBORHOOD OR BAD REVIEWS STOP YOU!

Very rude woman with dark hair at cashier. You shouldn't have an attitude when someone ask you what come on a entree. Looking at a picture is a disrespectful answer. I wanted to leave but my child would have had a meltdown. Was first time wasn't impressed. Hair in my food n they only offered remake. Just because u an establishment on skidrow don't meN u treat customers nasty. If you want respectful customer service...
