Smallest branch of See's I've been to in L.A., but it has everything I need for crowd pleasing gifts for friends, family and clients.
This "Fundraising and Business Gifts" shop store for See's is in the strip mall at National and Sepulveda Blvds and is open during the day with limited hours: Mon-Sat 10am-6pm; and Sun 11am-5pm.
About 2/3 the size of the "Fundraising" branch of See's in Torrance, it still seems to have the same range of product. If your company offers employee discounts for See's, you can get a discount called "Sweet Savings."
If you don't qualify for the discount through a participating company, you can pool your purchases with friends and relatives -- if your group purchases $700 and up in one day, all of you qualify for the "Sweet Savings" for the first purchase. (After that, you can make purchases on your own for the "Sweet Savings" discount with no minimum purchase for a year.)
Much easier for me to get to than Westside Pavillion, Fox Hills Mall, etc., but the hours are very limited hence 4 stars instead of 5 stars.
I didn't qualify for any special discounts, but on my first visit, I purchased Thanksgiving-themed chocolates and the regular assorted See's chocolate candy 1 lb box as gifts for friends in Japan -- they go nuts for See's there (See's costs 30% more at LAX airport).
Prices: 1 lb box of Chocolates and Variety $18.50; Seasonal, Pie Flavored Chocolate Truffles; and Thanksgiving Chocolate Buttercreams with a cute turkey decoration $6.75.
This store opened on 11/6/15 and the employees are very pleasant, enthusiastic and generous with samples -- so far, service is very good.
My favorite gift boxes so far have been the Thanksgiving selections and the Spring themed 1lb gift box of See's assorted chocolates in a pretty pink box with a rose design called "Pretty in Petals" ($21.20). I hope they offer it again.

Read moreI want to give a huge shoutout to Darcel, the assistant manager, for her incredible support during a recent issue I had with an online purchase. The website was a bit confusing, and I wasnât sure how to resolve things â but Darcel stepped in right away and made all the difference.
Despite having limited support from corporate, Darcel stayed in touch with me every step of the way. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure things got resolved. Her communication was consistent and reassuring, which turned a frustrating situation into a much more positive experience.
Darcel went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate her professionalism...
Read moreI went Monday to get Easter Candy to this location because the Westside Pavilion location is permanently closed. I was overjoyed to find working there Jose, a former WSP See's employee. This store is so ample, nice and bright, which seems such a fit for Jose. Jose is so attentive and always greets people with a smile and for someone so young very professional. He has always made my experiences at See's good ones. I must also say that Gloria and Evyn are also awesome and seem to work great as a team. I really love this location as everyone is so attentive, but Jose would make a...
