First I entered money requested. Then I went to the massage room before I can takeoff my shirt The masseuse knocked I told her I was not ready and before I can take off my pants another knock and I’m still not already finally when I’m laying down another knock and I tell the masseuse I’m ready she can enter. The massage was horrible because not only did a lack the style of deep massage only 5 minutes of lotion for the massage.The masseuse started a full on conversation and questionnaire about my life she wanted to know everything about me and it was so weird because I thought the whole point of doing this is for a person to relax and this is was opposite. When massage ended she wouldn’t leave when I asked her to so I can get dressed she said we’re all women and it’s OK and stood there and stared at me so I finally gave her a tip even though I didn’t want to then she finally left came back one minutes. I’m still not dressed so I ask her if she can please give me a little privacy then she proceeds to tell me that my time is up and I literally laughed I don’t know what else to say or do. Very disgusting establishment ! Asked for payment before they started & after taking the money became a different person. Very rude & money hungry people. Not only did she shush me like a child but she also used her feet to step on my back with no warning. The massage was not good at all & she did not pay attention to the concerns I had. They rush you out right after your massage while you are dizzy & will literally watch you get dressed until you ask them to leave & then they will come back to your door & stare through the little window above the door. Also be aware they will try to FORCE you to pay tip after the disgusting behavior & treatment they show you and will actually yell “YOU HAVE TO PAY TIP” when in fact you only should pay tip if they went above & beyond for you as it is your hard earned money. If I could give minus 5 starts, I would! The worst massage and even worse customer service in my entire life! I wish I had read the many reviews that indicated this would happen. I hope those considering going in the future will read this and the other negative reviews. Payment was asked upfront and in cash, most likely to avoid taxes. No receipt was given. It was a 100% unprofessional massage with zero consideration for the needs or any idea of what they were doing - just pushing and pulling. The environment was unclean and unpleasant. At the end, there was a vigorous insistence for at least a 30% tip and rushing us out the door, treating customers with hate. This business should be closed down immediately. I know I am reporting...
