Love this place! Greeters back in place who seem happy to see you. Despite the energy and staff drain of COVID this T.J.Maxx & Home Goods continues to life the spirits with a welcoming staff and thoughtfully displayed merchandise. Karen stepped in from an adjoining section to help a sudden rush of (7) customers at the self-contained jewelry counter when I was there this week. Her enthusiasm for the merchandise was contagious, and she reminded those of us waiting that we would be helped as soon as possible. It is still the friendliest, cleanest, well stocked and most fun shopping place - Le Creuset seconds this week! The fall fashions are fun and plentiful. But imported, packaged food items have all but come to a halt from the EU. It's tempting not to go even when you don't "need" anything and you usually find something anyway. The manager, Brianna, even recommended another T.J. Maxx for a product. When this T.J. Maxx & Home Goods re-opened to a celebratory crowd of shoppers (including me) a year ago spring after lockdown Covid protocol was strictly enforced by the staff. Now paper towels and spray are available and a door monitor.

I visited this store on a Saturday, expecting a smooth shopping experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. The store had one cashier working, despite it being the weekend, leading to long lines and frustrated customers. Adding to the frustration, there were no active checkouts at the jewelry counter, even though I was purchasing jewelry and other customers were browsing. Instead, we were all expected to make two separate transactions—one for jewelry and another at the main checkout. This was inconvenient and poorly managed. To make matters worse, the customer service was incredibly rude. Instead of assisting or finding solutions, the staff seemed indifferent to the chaos and even made comments that discouraged customers from shopping here, suggesting we go elsewhere. When the cashier called for change, it felt like no urgency was given, further delaying the process. This experience was disorganized, disrespectful, and a major inconvenience. TJ needs to reassess its staffing and customer service policies to avoid driving customers away.

I rarely receive such incredible customer service, which is why I felt the need to leave this review. This TJ Maxx is a well-furnished store, but that’s not the reason I’m writing. I was helped at the till by Tia while doing a return. Once I got there, I realized I didn’t have my receipt. Instead of dismissing me (as usually happens, where you’re only offered store credit), she immediately reassured me with a big smile and told me it was no problem. She looked up my purchase using my credit card, quickly found the transaction, and processed the refund back to my original form of payment. What truly stood out wasn’t just the efficiency—it was her beautiful attitude toward her job. Tia’s kindness, professionalism, and positivity turned what could have been a stressful situation, and me having to come back, into an excellent experience. She made such a difference that I felt compelled to share this review.

I visited the store on Sunday July 16th. I was there that morning and over thought about buying an item in the beauty section. I went home and decided i would go back later in the day to purchase the item i didnt buy.

It was 30 mins before closing time. 2 employees were extremely rude! One is named “Luis” he was in the jewelry section next to the beauty section. He was already kicking me out of the beauty section. I didnt even have 5 mins in there when he was already demanding me to go to the register; mind you i had just walked in. i found my item and on my way to the register i heard an employee named “Yolanda” also demanding customers to go to the register. I wouldnt of have had any problem with them sending us to the register but the tone and attitude it was said to many customers was definitely not ok!!!

Once again this was maybe 25 mins before closing. While i was standing inline i heard Yolanda say out loud “these people really think we aint tired of being here like we got a life too” rhis comment was very unprofessional and unnecessary. If Yolanda really dislikes her job she should be a customer servive representative.

I forgot to mention i worked at this TJ Maxx forom 2014 to 201. Not once did i ever treat customers the way i and many more got treated. I went back for the first time after so many years, i have a very bitter taste since i walked out.

Tj Maxx management please talk to these 2 individuals or train your entire team to please speak to your customers with respect and to keep these kind of comments off the...

As I approached TJ Maxx there was a lady with a very large amount of merchandise in a basket I asked her could I help her she was struggling to get it across and it wouldn't go then she discovered it was locked so I helped her as she went to get her car and I helped her unload and pack it in her car just one minute later after I finish helping her another lady came the same incident myself and the lady I just helped waited and help this lady while she went to get her car help her unload and pack her car second lady said I'll never shop here again she was so frustrated because she couldn't get the basket to her car thank goodness we were there to help her I think this should show you that when you check out people with large baskets and you know they won't go outside the curb call someone to help them this was very frustrating to those two ladies after I finally got through helping them I came into the store and in the upper Lobby where I walk to get in baskets were everywhere I had to weave in and out just to get to the stairs to go down to do my own shopping I think the management in this store needs some regrouping when it comes to this...
