Updated Review: This apartment is a FRAUD. They have not fully released the security deposit that I was supposed to receive. There was a suicide that had happened in the vicinity of this high-rise building from the 30th floor, where management did nothing to address the concerns of residents who saw the incident take place. Management here will not address you on any concerns, and will ghost you after you move in (because business matters more than providing care to tenants)
Been a resident here for more than half a year now -- despite the great views, management falls short of meeting the expectations of a "luxury" apartment (which is really saddening -- as I really loved this building and apartment initially). Came into my new apartment with the floor tile popping out, and parts of the living room floor having some gaps and hidden spots, which make it very dangerous for small pets living inside. (My pet has gotten stuck twice) Maintenance employees will barge into your room with no consent. There is a discrepancy in the rent statements - they will overly charge you for utilities, followed by an idle 2-3 months of "working it out". Despite paying a higher than average amount for rent, you are also not assigned to any parking spot - in the evenings, you can expect to have to roam around endlessly throughout the parking garage to find a parking spot. Furthermore, smoke constantly comes into my living room through the vent - not sure where the smoke comes from, but management has not offered any help on this except for "Sending out an official email to residents on not smoking". To this day, I smell it through the living room 4-5 times a day.
Packages have gotten lost at least 15 times since living here. Jacuzzi is also never functional.
Would highly appreciate better management to address these concerns, just as many of the Yelp reviews from current residents have suggested. I understand that this is a new apartment, but clearly, some steps need to be taken to address and minimize these issues. Disappointment followed by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. I have lived in several luxury apartments in Los Angeles and this is not the standard of luxury living.
Mirror is stained a disgusting black color that was not replaced upon move in.
Outlets kept surging and turning off in the middle of work. This has caused significant set backs and it took many attempts to get this addressed and fixed. Thank you to the maintenance staff who were exceptional.
Several front desk team members have little to no social awareness. They do not have the proper linguistics and are uneducated about how to handle situations. The staff are employed to serve the tenants and improve our quality of life.
My friend was pulling out oversized trash, and a little bit of water fell. The building attendant spoke to me and addressed it as a "safety hazard" as both of our hands were full as we were trying being polite by moving the oversized trash downstairs.
Instead of him waiting for us to finish bringing it outside which takes 30 seconds, he followed us and told me to clean it. I told him my hands are full right now, but I understand and we will clean it after. He then says "I am not talking to you let me talk to him," he ignores me, follows him and does not speak to my friend and left. I thought he would clean up the spot with a piece of paper towel, but instead he disappeared and he radioed the front desk attendant to ask for our unit number.
This doesn't feel like a home, there is no hospitality at all. Some of the staff are not socially aware, they do not want to help, they don't care about to make tenants feel welcome and make our living experience better.
I lived a very privileged life so I understand the luxury of having great service in a building with wonderful staff. This building's attempt at luxury is so lukewarm. Finishes are subpar, chipping on walls and appliances upon move in. You can tell they cut corners here. Unqualified front desk staff, hire from membership clubs to improve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDuring my delivery to the 11750 building on July 14, 2025, between 9:15 PM and 9:25 PM, I encountered extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the security guard on duty ā a tall, bald man.
When I arrived at the entrance, he clearly saw me standing at the door but ignored me while he was texting on his phone. He kept me waiting outside, even though he was just a few feet away and fully aware of my presence.
Whatās more troubling is that it was clear the person he was texting was not related to work ā he was casually messaging for personal reasons, completely disengaged from his responsibility at the front desk.
After finally opening the door, I approached him, politely greeted him with a āHello,ā and tried to interact respectfully. He continued looking at his phone, texting in front of me, and didnāt respond to my greeting. Without any acknowledgment, he abruptly asked where I was going in a cold and dismissive tone.
Another delivery driver arrived shortly after, and he treated him in the exact same rude manner.
Itās unacceptable that a building like 11750 ā which presents itself as professional and upscale ā would have someone like this as the first point of contact. Even if there is no regard for delivery workers, the packages are being delivered to your residents. Treating us with basic human respect is part of respecting them.
This type of attitude creates a negative, unwelcoming environment and reflects poorly on the buildingās management. I strongly recommend replacing this guard with someone professional, attentive, and respectful who can properly represent the standards of...
