Absolutely wonderful place to spend some time with arts in open air. There are a few dozens of sculptures of different sizes, styles and materials in this little park, and it was a pleasant and exciting experience to walk about and get to know each of them. What I appreciate the garden the most is that somehow the sculptures are nicely integrated in the space, some in the lawn, some in a fountain, some stand alone. It gives me a sense that everything can be art and art is everywhere.

My favorite spot on campus, the Sculpture Garden is a wonderful place to talk with friends, get work done, relax, or some combination of all of the above. It is always clean thanks to spectacular work by the UCLA landscaping staff and the statues lend it some serenity, even when students are running lines or shooting films. If you ever have a free moment between classes, the Sculpture Garden is the place to go.

I have seen many sculpture parks. This is by far the best. I'm so surprised to see so many sculptures. You can find beautiful scalptures by Henri Matisse, Alexander Calder, Aristide Maillol, Henry Moore, Alexander Archipenko, Joan Miro, Auguste Rodin, Jacques Lipchitz, Hans Arp and many more. I love it! If you appreciate sculptures, you have to experience this place for yourself.

My favorite spot on the UCLA campus! I wanted my 9 year old grandson to fall in love with UCLA, so I drove around the campus after dark on New Years Day.. He wasn't especially interested until we parked (illegally) in the bus turn around and walked over to the Garden. As soon as he saw it he excitedly ran toward it and started exploring. A few people and a couple of dogs were slso enjoying the Garden at night. One of the dogs was joyously running around off leash. Unfortunately we couldn't stay very long due to the parking situation, but I plan to return the next time he visits. Until then my grandson got a taste of the magic of the Sculpture Garden...

The sculpture garden at UCLA is a small park-like area situated at the North-East end of the campus in between Bunche Hall, the Young Research Library, the Broad Art Center, Macgowan Hall, and the Luskin School of Public Affairs. It's mostly grass with some concrete paths meandering through, and a scattering of sculptures in various media. There are a few (very few) benches. Not much to see, but it's...
