I would NOT recommend this place for anyone. I went in for MRI on my wrist and forearm and was told my total cash price would be $350.00. I gave them my insurance information to see if it would be less expensive to go through the insurance. After seeing that would not be the case due to the deductible, I opted to PAY IN FULL the day of the service. Two months later I received information from my insurer that UMI filled a claim with them AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID IN FULL the day of the service. Now I'm over a barrel even though I have a written receipt that clearly shows that the total was $350 for MRI of wrist and forearm. It shows $350 paid and balance due $0.00. Despite this, they claim that a communication error on their part is my responsibility. No matter how you look at it they told me a price, I paid it in full, have paper work to show this is the truth and they still are charging my insurance and me an excess with no recourse. Furthermore, I had to get a second MRI done a month later because of the poor quality of this image and/or the lack of ability of the radiologist to distinguish issues which were clearly found on a subsequent MRI. Avoid this place at all costs, as the costs will continue to mount even after you've "paid in full."...

The front office staff was polite but not overly welcoming or helpful. The tech that did my mammogram, Marina, was so rude, rushed through the process of taking the images and made the exam excruciatingly painful, because she was upset about something right before a the moment she greeted me. I had never had someone done this test in such a rushed and unprofessional way. She got all images on the first try with almost no adjustments and barely looked at the images on the screen. She was pulling and pushing me with such rudeness that I said that she needed to adjust her attitude and do the test in a way that was not hurtful or I was going to walk out. She replied it was supposed to hurt, “haven’t you done this before?” She abided after my warning with a terrible attitude, without a single apology.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Furthermore I never got my results in the mail and Had to call my doctor to ask if they had gotten results. I should have reported Marina to the board because she was unprofessional and I really doubt the quality and accuracy of my exam.

Insult yo injury, parking was a nightmare, so many other places in the area that I’m sure and 100”s of times better than this sad and terribly...

DO NOT GO HERE! This facility is a complete waste of time. They do not provide you with the files from the procedure and insist on physically mailing out results. When I said that I would like the actual images sent to my doctor from my ultrasound, I was asked why and told that they were receiving the results and that was "all they would want to see". Are you a DOCTOR or an office assistant making $12/hr. (Sorry, not to be rude but how can you assume that a doctor is fine just seeing a results summary. If it was a broken bone would just just want to know that it's broken, or where/how.) I was told it was a "HIPA violation to have the results emailed" by one staff member and another one who just claimed that the files were not in a format that could be attached via email. (Sounds like a crock of you know what. And if true, maybe reconsider how you store information?) Good luck if you have an urgent appointment. Since I can't have the results ready in time for my appointment now I will need to spend time to have this redone and pay to have testing done TWICE! This place...
