The Stand - American Classics Redefined — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I want to leave a review about the chain of these fast food restaurants, it’s not bad, I often eat there, the food is even healthy in a sense, but before closing, 20-25 minutes before closing, it’s better not to buy anything, because. the guys start to get together and do everything at random, confuse orders, give out spoiled products (the other day I got poisoned by one of them, I had a temperature of 38.2, vomited, everything went away in a day) it was definitely food poisoning, today 3 days have passed since poisoning, decided to trust again and bought food with my wife before closing, tasting and smelling the very taste of the missing sauce, which apparently lay in a warm place all day, I think that I no longer want to visit this fast...

What a shame.

Today marked the third time this type of incident has occurred in the last four times I have visited The Stand. Each time, I arrived at the pick-up counter and waited for someone to help me get my order. While waiting, a delivery driver showed up after me and the staff immediately helped the driver - not once did someone ask if I’ve already been helped or acknowledge that I arrived prior to the driver. Accordingly, either the staff lacks the proper customer service training or their standard is to give preferential treatment to delivery drivers. Should I ever decide to order from your restaurant again - highly doubtful - perhaps I’ll arrive with a delivery bag so that I won’t have to...

We had a fantastic experience hosting our company holiday party for about 40 people in Century City! The staff were very helpful and the entire event was so easy to plan ahead of time and enjoy the day of. Our employees loved the outside patio and it was an added bonus to have the place to ourselves! This location is really special since there are lots of "extras" that you get without an extra price tag - the location is gorgeous, great seasonal lighting in the business park, ample parking, and an outdoor patio with heaters.
