Cuvee — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I walked in here and asked what "Cuvee" mean't and the staff person had no clue(I looked it up and found out it's French for wine/champagne blend; the staff there should know that).

I talked to the manager to make an order and was shocked at how rude the guy was. He just talked at me without paying attention to what I said with almost no customer sevice skills.

After reading other reviews here; I can see this guy gets alot of complaints on his bad manners.

Incredible. Unbelievable. Best lunch spot in Century City. Good for wine in the evening. Food is healthy, light, flavorful. Staff is friendly, attentive, and caring. Ramon the manager is excellent and always goes above and beyond to make sure that you're happy and that your experience is positive. The chefs must have some secret recipes -- every single thing they make is absolutely delicious. The daily specials keep it exciting. The food is always fresh, and the veggies are always amazing.
