Victory barber company — Local services in Los Angeles

First time walking in for a haircut a couple weeks ago. The place looked well put together and some of the barbers seemed pretty good. I asked for any barber, and they put me with a seemingly newer barber. I told him that if he didn’t feel comfortable doing fades to just leave my hair without one (I saw him cutting the previous guys hair and he didn’t seem happy). He said no problem I can do a fade.

The hair cut was almost 2 hours long because he waiting on the guy next to him to help him out cut my hair. Mind you, he didn’t even line me up or do my beard because he was taking way too long and I already missed an appointment I had.

The end result was not as bad as I thought it would be, but seeing it grow out now you can tell the work wasn’t “professional” as you’d expect from a 4.9 rated barbershop.

Hands down one of the best barbershops out there!!! Arya and Kevin are both masters of their craft and it shows with their amazing service. Kevin has been my go to barber and he never disappoints. Tl;dr mid haircut, took 1hour for just a trim, $40

Nice guys but just didn’t have a good experience. Haircut took over an hour for a trim; the barber needed help from two other guys (barber said he’d only been doing this for about 1.5 years) and the haircut was mid - fade just wasn’t that straight or clean. Bah… maybe an off day… or a lesson that it’s not about the shop but about the guy behind the chair. Still tipped him $10 fwiw
