Racist!!! I went in to buy a bottle of taaka lq and the indian guy made fun of my pronounciation calling me a immigrant who needs to know how to speak proper English before i buy at his store… also told me i had nothing good going for myself no goals and ambitions and so on.. all because i was looking over the counter to look for the botttle that he swear i wasn’t pronouncing right. “Taaka” now hard is that. He was just being so rude since i walked in he was rushing me to buy while i was over thinking wat to drink. I proceeded to tell him to have a good day and he still insulted me & discriminated me (i have face tattoos) & (i also have a career and a current college student.) i have it all in video taped. I am going to take further legal action. Ive never felt so belittled by someone. He sure aint have no issues with taking my money though. Used to be my favorite place until last night 9:50PM 7/7/2023. I went in and got two Pliny the elder and tried a new flavor. The new flavor from Russian river beers tasted old I looked at the bottle date and it was from 07/2021. I called the store and they told me if I rode over I would get a new one or my money back. I went to the store and total chaos. A dark tall bald but with long hair started yelling at me and told me he would have to call the beer company before he could do anything. I told me why did he make me come back 10+miles? It was such an uncomfortable experience. If my wife or kid were with me I would have been extremely upset. I hope none encounters this situation. The Indian guy that works here is easily the rudest person I've ever experienced in any retail store. Not sure if he's the owner, partner or staff. Bald with a massive comb over. He couldn't understand a question I had about a bottle. He started yelling at me like I didn't understand English.
