He worked on our behalf and got the manufacturer to honor their warranty through him, even though we had purchased it through a competitor! Bedzzz to Go has incredible customer service, a great selection, and the best prices. We got a brand new, king size, memory foam mattress set for less money than we had spent on our spring loaded queen set years ago.
