Burger King — Restaurant in Louisville

I'm giving an overall 1 star review because no stars is not an option. The food is good as is in most BK I've been to. The service however is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I've ordered from all BK resteraunts around the dixie area on the mobile app for pickup and never had any issues. This facility however is staffed by a bunch of racist white trash high school drop outs. My husband went to pick up an order which was placed on the app. The cashier was very rude and ordered him to drive back around to where you place the order. (In all the BK's before when placing an order for pickup you're instructed to drive to the window) in the process of doing so someone else pulled in and my husband had to wait until they had ordered and received their order before driving back up to the window. Naturally in that time my food which had already been prepared and sitting there got cold. Apparently the cashier realized that she was wrong because by the time my husband pulled back up to the window she had another woman handle the order. When asked for the previous cashiers name she responded with "I don't feel comfortable with giving you that information." In 25 + years in hospitality and cusmer service/management I have never refused a customer my name nor have I allowed any of my employees to not give their name. It is a part of customer service. The way my husband was treated was unexceptable and I can't help but wonder if I, with my fair skin would have been treated the same. In addition the order was not prepared properly. So not only is the staff incredibly rude but apparently they're also illiterate. Never going back to...

So its Easter Sunday... Burger King was mine and my Husband choice of food. Well I wished we chose else where. I order a Chicken meal that is supposed to come with Lettice, tomato, mayo, and I paid for bacon to be put on. My husband got the source dough double King. We paid extra for large size fry's I got onion rights and the large drink. The person working the speaker was totally unprofessional and rude, as well as when he handed out the food. Okay I can blow that off its Easter Sunday they probably stuck at work. I would be up set as well. What I am up set about is All of our food was cold, my sandwich had 1 very small piece of bacon, no lettuce or tomato or mayo. My Husbands had 1 patty, and my onion rings were a small had a total of 6 onion rings as well as small cold fry's. We were gonna get back in line but they all of a sudden got super busy. I tried calling no answer the front door was locked so I could not go in. I called a few more times no answer. I paid $21.00 for this meal. I want it corrected, but no such luck. I will call tomorrow hope to speak to a store manager, and if not I will get with the corp office this is unacceptable. I hate leaving bad reviews but we eat burger king often and always love there food, so we was looking forward to our Easter meal. I never could get it corrected we came home and heated it ip in the microwave , and I dressed my chicken sandwich like it should be. We just had to do with out fry's or my union rights. My wife is very ill, there's about 1-2 items per restaurant menu she can eat without getting gravely ill. From BK it's a veggie burger and fries. While that sandwich is rather expensive, it's about $4 with cheese, it's literally all she can eat from Burger King. After being harassed at other BKs by staff for not eating "real food", being given meat (wife can't eat) instead of a veggie patty, or having staff argue about remaking it with only cheese and ketchup (only way she can eat it) because they say since it's a veggie patty she should be fine with the extra veggies on top (which she can't eat either.) This is literally the second time we've came to this establishment, both times her food was right, fresh and edible (these patties are often very hard around the edges.) It took a moment to get, the staff was rather talkitive, but the food was perfect. There's basically nothing more important to my wife than having the right food, made correctly. As someone who was a manager she can, and will, point out every wrong at a place... But at this BK anything wrong (barely - slight wait and such but nothing too bad, even to her) was overshadowed by the quality...
