Came thru here yesterday to get the 8 piece family meal and the free bucket after u spend 15 dollars. Really should have went elsewhere for one when I pulled up to drive thru Menu and told them I had a online order after it had told me it was ready I was told to pull up and wait then the worker come out and brought someone else there food to which they brought it back in because it wasn't all there. Finally mine gets brought out had told him at the Menu to put certain sauces in the bag comes out with no sauces and I told him when I seen only one bucket of chicken I ordered 16 pieces and I asked if it was all in there he said it was. When I asked for sauces again he gave me annoyed look and went to walk away to which I said aren't u gonna ask what I want comes back with sauces all different from what I said I wanted smh. When the food was brought out after just having surgery I had to get out of my car because the worker was to lazy to walk around the railings twice and seemed very annoyed I asked if the chicken was in there our asked for sauce with 16 pieces of chicken. When I got home noticed seven pieces was missing chicken was cold and greasy my son would not eat it after the first couple bites. Really a waste of money and time will not be back and honestly want my money back. When u buy 39 dollars worth of food to feed a few people and there not enough to go around like there should have been it's really upsetting. Also have been burping Grease and stuck on the toilet smh. This was also my first time using KFC rewards figured I'd give KFC a chance not the KFC I remember. Came in the store to get the rest of my chicken and I an shocked how yum does there employees no ac 97 degrees in dining room I was drenched within ten minutes soaked called customer service and only got a partial refund and was told I'd get 1500 rewards points which I never got .will never use KFC again going forward done Popeyes apparently cares not only about there food but employees and customers. I ordered 12 pieces of crispy chicken, after waiting for 5 minutes I was told they did not have 12 pieces of crispy chicken, I would have to wait 15 minutes. I took 8 pieces of original! Also, the coupon came with mashed potatoes and gravy plus 2 other side items. I chose Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy but was told I could only have the 1 gravy! Why? Read moreI decided to order online to save time. My order was supposed to be ready at 4:40 PM. I arrived at 4:50 PM. The order was not ready. I was asked to stand aside and wait. During this time, customers who arrived much later than me were getting their orders and leaving. Several customers simply left without waiting for their turn. In the end, I picked it up at 5:20 PM.
