At 8:01 AM, 08-19-2016, I placed a mobile order to the store. I arrived at 8:19 AM to pick up the order. It wasn't there. After I waited a couple of minutes I said something to the person behind the counter. He rudely replied that he was working on mobile orders and to wait, as he pointed to a couple slips of paper on the counter. My name was not there and it had been 20 minutes since I placed my order. (Also, I had about 30 minutes, at this point, to get to my work, which took exactly that long to get to. (Work is 16 miles from where the store was.)) I told him none of those were mine. I then asked if it was possible that someone walked off with it? I've had this happen. He then said, they don't check ID's. I told him I knew that, but could he check and see if it was something he had already made, so I would know and he would know if he just needed to remake it. He told me yes, but then said I must have placed it at the wrong store. I didn't. When he got the, I'm assuming, manager to come out, they both had an attitude and seemed to be under the impression that I was making it up. I'm guessing they found the order, which they never said anything else, because then he asked me how I wanted my drink.(I had ordered a drink and one of the Ancho Chipotle Chicken sandwiches.) Even though it should have been in front of them, I told him. It was still wrong! At this point I was already going to be about 10 minutes, or more behind getting to work, so I didn't have time to try and fix the situation any further. The entire experience was horrible and it is not the first time that something like this has happened at this store. I never had a problem with this store until the last couple of months or so. At first it was that they kept messing up orders, but more recently, (the last couple of months) it's been the people are really kind of rude. Not ALL, but I would say, everyone I've had contact with except 2 in the last 2 months. This is unacceptable. I am a master cosmetologist, it's a service industry job. You can't treat people like this and expect them to keep coming back. I think I may have to go out of my way to a different store if I REALLLLLY want Statbucks, which means I won't be stopping no where...
Read moreThe staff are very friendly and the drive-up service needs a little help. Everytime I place an order through drive up my order is completely wrong. One morning another customer in drive-up was very nice to pay for my order. My order which was banana bread the young lady proceeded to give me a coffee. I explained to her that I didn't order coffee I'm the banana bread. She then goes to let me know that the driver that was in front of me paid for my order. I say to the young lady: You're telling me the driver that was in front of me paid for not my order but the order that's behind me correct? Due to my order is banana bread. The young lady said yes and I end up paying for my banana bread anyway which is okay but this is the same young lady who always messes up on my order every time in drive up!!!! Read moreI visit this place weekly and have been for the last few years but lately it has been a massive hassle. Mobile orders are supposed to be prioritized but as I stood waiting for mine for 20 minutes I watched other mobile orderers getting frustrated that they didn't have their stuff as they were consistently pumping out drinks for people at the window or ordering in store. After 20 minutes I asked where mine was, it hadn't even been made yet as I kept watching others get angry that theirs were also being held up. They used to be fantastic at this store but the last month has had a serious decline in quality. It isn't the same employees it always has been and the service shows.
