Went in to get a teriyaki blitz sub. The lady behind the counter asked what sandwich I wanted, while I was waiting for her to finish up the order she was working on. I asked for the meat on bottom and veggie on top. She snarkily replied with," Well that's how the company tells us to make it." Cool...it's just a request I put in as that's just my preference. I asked if she could put salt and pepper on it. She comes back with,"It doesn't come with it in the first place." I said," that's the reason I'm asking for it. She starts mumbling something, under her breath as I'm waiting for my sub to he toasted. Not sure what was said as she wouldn't repeat it when I asked her what she said. I let her attitude slide until then and finally blatantly told her to quit with the attitude and just finish up my sandwich. I'm not sure what was going on her life or what, but she brought her negativity to work and was taking it out on whoever she was helping. I wrote "lose the attitude" on my receipt in the tip jar and left it at that. Not a good...
Read moreI refrained from doing a review the first time and even when heading there today I had my reservations. I decided to give them another chance however I should have trusted my first impression. This establishment has given me the impression that they are prejudice. They gave me a lukewarm greeting, acted as if he didn’t want to make my sandwich. Which contrasted from the greeting and immediate attention that was given to the white couple that entered shortly after me. The sandwich was not made the way it is advertised and he definitely purposely did not put cheese on the sandwich as I requested, the meat was supposed to be ham and turkey every other layer was ham and turkey. Lastly he tried to over charge me at the register until I questioned him. Not a coincidence considering I’m black and can’t add 🙄. I’m so disappointed with this place. Read moreThere was a long line throughout the door, the lady who started making the sandwiches was just standing there talking to someone, laughing and having a good old time. My sandwich was hard, where she left it in the oven way to long, the lady who was putting the sandwich together couldn't seem to hear, had to repeat myself 3 times on what I wanted on my sandwich. The cashier was busy talking to everyone else except the one who she was ringing out. Where the lids and drinks was, the whole area was a messed, had to asked for a lid for my cup. If employees stop chatting with everyone else and actually did their jobs maybe it wouldn't had been as bad. This is the second Subway that I am refusing to eat at ever again. I've been informing friends and family to NOT eat at this Subway. On top of it all, they are higher than other Subways, I can go to the one on Preston by the Fairgrounds and get the same thing a few dollars cheaper. Why are the prices...
