I'd give this place no stars if I could. Nothing but dissatisfaction from this place. Always the longest wait to even get in to your appointment. I had one for my daughter at 8:20 am. We arrived at 8:00am in hopes to get in early, seeing as we were the first patients there, and the next patient did not arrive until 8:30. We weren't even brought back to the exam room until 9:20. The patient whose appt was at 9am was brought back before us! Several patients were called back before us!!!What's the point of opening your doors at 8:00 if your doctor's can't even show up on time themselves? There is even at least 5 or 6 doctors that work here, surely someone can be here at a reasonable time. The reason I got an early appointment was to be able to make it to work on time, but now I have to take lost wages AND pay for the doctor's consultation. I don't appreciate those who think their time is more important than my own. Unless you want to waste your day HOPING a doctor will see you, then by all means, this place will serve you well. But if not, I highly recommend you stay...
Read moreI've gone to this clinic over the past 5 years. There have been several great doctors I've seen in this time period. However, seeing a different doctor every 1-2 years isn't ideal. You constantly have to get to know different doctors if you go here. The call attendants do not follow the same protocol; one tells you one thing, another tells you something entirely different. And, the doctor I saw today was downright rigid and defensive at some points during my visit. This visit, with that doctor, was the straw that broke the camel's back so-to-say. -I'll be looking for a new clinic, even though that's an aggravation with and in itself. Also worth noting, typically when I take time out of my day to write a review, it's a positive one. It's unfortunate I felt strongly enough about this doctor and visit to have to sit down and write a less-than-positive...
Read moreBeen going here for the last two years or so. Everyone is nice but this is a terrible place do use as your primary care. Build $190 for a flu test and almost 200 for the accompanying visit, including a mental health screen that nobody actually performed. You will not be seen within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. You are unlikely to ever see the same physician twice because residents are rotating through so often. Because of the ever-changing door of residence, I could not get a refill of my Pepcid prescription without scheduling an appointment with a new provider. An OTC drug That would have ended up costing me whatever ridiculous amount they billed for an appointment. Do yourself a favor and get a primary physician from a...
