Boost Mobile — Local services in Louisville

I do not use the Boost Mobile part of the business. I use the UPS Store. If I have a problem with my phone or I need to ship something out without a prepay label I take it to this store because it is very easy for me to get to on the bus. I also this store because they check my package in as I stand there and watch. Some other UPS Stores have not done that or just tossed it in the back saying they will get to it later. Boost mobile is terrible, can't use my own phone in my own house because I have no service but yet when I call to find out why they always tell me you have full coverage in your area.
