Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

It’s amazing that this location makes any money.

My last 5 times at this location

2 months ago- two hours before closing, they said their computer was down and could only accept cash. I went across the street to the ATM, got cash. This was an hour and 15 minutes before closing. Went right back, within 5 minutes and they said they were closed. There were a line of cars behind me, who also were told the same.

4 weeks ago- hour and a half before close, they told me they were closed and not taking orders.

3 weeks ago- was told they were understaffed and not taking any drive thru orders. Had to go inside. I have a special needs child, going inside isn’t always an option.

2 weeks ago- once again computers are down, cash only. Went and got cash. Came back, an hour later after running errands. Was told they were understaffed, no drive thru orders. No one was in line, inside.

Today- they told me I had to go in to place an order. They are understaffed and aren’t taking drive thru orders. There was ONE person in line, inside.

At this point it’s a joke. My family and I place bets on what the excuse will be as to why they are closed or not taking orders.

The two times I’ve been able to catch someone actually working in there, the food...

If I could rate this with less I would. I went through drive thru and ordered my meal. I got home and the order was wrong. I tried calling twice. Then went back up there told them what was wrong. The manger is digging through the sandwiches because I said there was no cheese. The woman who looked strung out on drugs said she put cheese on them and that because they were toasted you couldn’t see it. Which is not true it does not completely melt the cheese she then began cussing at me and the owner did nothing about it she also said she’d put the green peppers on the sandwich. Which is not what I want I do not want you too add what needs to be on the sandwiches to the already dug through sandwiches I brought them back I’m not trying to get a free extra sandwich. I just wanted the correct sandwich to go home with. In the end I had to demand my money back. And let them know I will never be going to this particular subway again. To which the girl started cussing at me again about how they do not need my business though this is the worse and emptiest subway I have ever seen. Do not go to this subway they are...

I went there to order a nacho cheese chips for five dollars and I was not going to get any meat instead of meat I just wanted some extra veggies and they would still charge me the same price for that and That’s ridiculous but I was fine with that. Whoever those two young ladies were making my nachos, she was so rude and did not even care to ask me what kind of toppings I wanted on my nachos and without even asking me Do you want to customise it she just put a cheese sauce on it and I did not want that and then she put the nachos in the toaster already. I’m like Hello excuse me I wanted to put some veggies on that before toasting it and she goes Yeah what what kind of veggies do you want and I just left the store I felt she was too rude they need to check it up. They need to teach them how to talk with customers and how to meet customer needs I’m never going back to that Subway do not go to that Subway in the evening or at all.
