Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

Absolutely terrible. Ignoring the dirty restaurant and the utter chaos behind the counter, the customer service was lousy at best. It's so ironic that as I was walking up to the door I was thinking the last time I was at this location the service was so bad and took so long, I had to get a refund and left. Ha! Exact same scenario this time, which by the way will be my last. After clearly stating my order I waited nearly 30 minutes for my food, which never came, but I did observe one customer after another returning to the counter with incorrect orders . After waiting 15 mins, they called my name and handed me 3 big bags of food, none of which was my order. So I stood there listening to the two employees behind the counter arguing over lost orders and angry customers, not once apologizing to anyone. I finally gave up and got a refund. Not once was I apologized to, offered a drink for my troubles, or even looked at in the eye. I left, promsing NEVER to return. So...observe the photo and see the time stamps. Pay attention to the Rally's receipt on the end. THAT IS WHAT I ENDED UP SPENDING AT YOUR COMPETITOR. And I was greeted by the Rally's staff with smiles and had great and accurately prepared food. I would suggest to the owners of this Taco bell to get out of the fast food industry because you obvioisly know...

This Taco Bell is okay..... Sometimes they are hit or miss... I went there a couple of nights ago and was informed, by a nice young lady, of the list of items they were out of. One of the items on the list happened to be ground beef, but they would have more ready in 45 minutes. My friend and I looked at each other and I said, "That's not good" because we were there to get something for another person that required ground beef. We were going to substitute the ground beef for steak instead... Before I could even open my mouth to say anything, a man's voice came over the intercom and said in a somewhat nasty tone, "HAVE A NICE NIGHT MA'AM"... So needless to say that mad me mad and I said a few things and drove off without even getting the food order out. We ended up going elsewhere and getting them something they didnt really...

I use to work here years ago. This place has really gone down hill. There was 5 cars in drive thur so I walked in. Lobby was still supposed to still be open doors was still unlocked. I knw the lobby didn’t close till 10 10:30ish & it wasn’t 10 yet. When I walked in they looked at me like I did something wrong & I was told there wasn’t a drawer up front so I had to go through drive thur. Which wasn’t a problem. I asked why was the door unlocked if they was closed in the inside I was told so the customers to use the bathroom (didn’t make any sense but ok) by the time I made it to drive thur there was 2 cars in front of me. While in drive thur I noticed 3 works one being a manger (different shirts) being on break . Just want u yall to do better & respect customers time & understand that we can go anywhere else but we...
