Cuban Food Market — Local services in Louisville

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!!! I ordered 4 boxes of tamarind balls and only received 1 in the mail. I tried calling the number on their website and nobody answered and the mailbox is full. I emailed them through their website days ago and still have not received a response, the items ordered, or a refund. Very, very poor service. If I could I would have given them 0 stars. Maybe it's just me - but I get a real negative vibe from these little tiendas. Both the Cuban and Mexican places. Again - maybe it's just me. For me, it's about common courtesy/decency. So I'm sorry to make this a cultural thing. The prices were high, as well.

I speak some Spanish...so I don't understand why I always get the cold treatment in these places. I come in wanting to spend money, and leave with a bad feeling in my gut and a sense that I probably won't be returning.

The Cuban food is old, they just keep putting the old food with the new food that is cooked and the Chicharonnes are totally over cooked so they are not moist inside but completely dry like cardboard, a total waste of money. It doesn’t taste like true Cuban food from Miami or Tampa Florida, I sure miss some good Cuban food, so if you are looking for some regular good Cuban food this Cuban Food Market is truly not the place to...
