Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisville

Paid for delivery. Food order was wrong. Called to let them know and call went to a call center. The lady said let me transfer you to the store. It rang for 5 minutes. I tried 3 different times and finally went to the store. They were not busy and the phone was off the hook. Told the lady my order was wrong and she says, "oh, I wondered where that pizza went, oh well we will make you a new one" she yelled out the order to the guy and I said don't forget the extra cheese. She said he knows what the order is. Meanwhile I complained about this experience to the pizza hut chat. I kid you not, the lady in chat asked me a question, I responded and later asked me the same question. 20 minutes on chat while waiting for the new pizza and getting no where. They knew what my order was. All they needed was my phone number. 30 minutes after getting there my pizza comes up and I shit you not, it was wrong too. No extra cheese. I asked the lady where is the extra cheese? She said he probably put it under the pepperoni. I said he's a magician to get extra cheese under each pepperoni and none to cover the sauce. She said well, you didn't pay for extra cheese. I said yes I did, you better check the order. So she did and I was right again. She said well, let me make another one. I told her I've wasted enough of my time and would just take it and left. Not once did the lady at the store apologize for the order being wrong. As far as chat goes, I gave her a piece of my mind when the second order was wrong. I will never order pizza hut again. That place is not what it use to be. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME....First they messed up my order because apparently Roma tomato and mushroom pizza gets mistaken for pepperoni and sausage. Secondly they delivered another. It was right this time but just severely undercooked. I didn’t realize it was a papa Murphy’s pizza that I had to cook myself. To top this all off I call the next day and nothing is ever done about this disregard of customers anywhere as far as fast food is concerned. They offer me an opportunity to redeem a pizza which I’ve paid for clearly. I also paid a delivery fee. Everybody was rude and unfriendly when we went to redeem the pizza in person my girlfriend added garlic knots which they charged us full price for although we paid a delivery fee the day they messed up our order. Basically I paid a delivery fee for the item I never received. The reason I had to call back the next day is because my initial order was at 10pm. In two hours time they couldn’t get a simple 2- topping pizza right. Not only that but the person I spoke with on the phone basically told me we were the least of their worries and would basically be the last delivery of the night although they messed up our order NOT US. Getting sick of the lack of respect coming from fast food employees. I’m not the person who made them get the job so they can keep their issues to themselves. What’s more is I don’t even really like Pizza Hut I prefer dominos but unfortunately my girlfriend wanted to give it a try. This place has really gone downhill the last few years but my recent experience did it in for me. I placed an order on 5/24/25 at 7:33pm and my order was quoted to be ready for PICKUP at 7:48pm. I arrived at this Pizza Hut location with my 2 young boys a few mins before 8pm and was under the impression I’d be in and out to pick up my order since I was clearly past the quoted ready time. I was wrong, I paid for my food and after I paid was told my pizza was still in the oven and it’ll be a few minutes. I did not get my pizza till almost 20-25 mins later. I was very frustrated because I have two young kids who were hungry and ready to leave… when my pizza was finally ready I asked for Parmesan cheese and the crushed red peppers and of course the cashier said they no longer give out the packets so I have to pay .99 cents for the small bottles, you would’ve thought they would’ve gave those to me on the house for the inconvenience of waiting almost an hour from the time I ordered my pizza.
