KFC — Restaurant in Louisville

So I decided to give this location one more chance since my last debacle here, and they won’t get any more!

Ordered a bucket of chicken on the App, and when I get there they say they’re out of chicken legs. I told them if that was the case then I wanted a refund immediately.

Then their story changed to “well, we can give you legs, but it’ll be extra crispy.” I tell them fine.

The service was horrible and unfriendly, and I won’t be back.

Double-charged on the KFC app, and KFC corporate was a nightmare to deal with.

I ordered the $10 eight piece bucket on the app, and went to pick it up. I get there and realize that I was double charged! The cashier said that I had to call KFC themselves, so that’s what I did right then and there. I was on hold for a total of 25 mins and spoke to 2 different people, and still didn’t get a refund. It took 8 more calls and a 24 hour period before they finally gave me a refund. They didn’t offer to give me a coupon or anything...

Ordered online and waited for a notification to pick up my order when it was ready. Arrived to find out that my order was not ready despite the website telling me it was until 20 minutes later, after I've seen countless of people who came later than I did receive their orders much more quickly than me. Also employee on the intercom was very rude when I politely asked if I had to come inside to pick up my order because I requested online to pick up my order from the drive thru window... Of which she responded "yessss" in a condescending tone that I did not like. And that's without even mentioning that while I was waiting inside I saw the manager (wearing black & white striped uniform) handling food with a SINGLE glove & the other with her BARE hand on ALL of the drive thru orders. They had the dining room open at lunchtime when I went in to get carryout, which is a huge thumbs up in my book to start the experience. Staff was friendly, soda from fountain in lobby was good and not flat or watered down like you get sometimes at fast food restaurants. Food was ready in a timely manner and dipping sauces were offered and given. Chicken tenders and biscuit were good, soft and fresh. Fries were a little undercooked I think but I don't go there for the fries included in the tender combos so that wasn't a big bother for me or decrease my rating.
