Festival at Jefferson Court — Local services in Louisville

I can't remember where I visited when I came to this location. Sometimes I just drive past places and google thinks I stop here. I may have. I'm sure whatever is in this shopping center is great and superb. I need to leave reviews that are more than 200 characters so I can get more points. I'm not really sure why I care about the point system here, but I don't want to be a novice reviewer forever. While I'm not counting the characters, do they count the spacing? Or just the letters? I'm not sure on that either. This is definitely not a helpful review, but like I said, I NEED 200 characters and I feel this is a good way of getting up to it. They need more people working in the click list. We made an order at 9am, they gave us a pickup time 1 to 2pm. We waited till 2 pm to go there. We sat there for about 15 minutes before someone came out. When she walked up to our vehicle she said our order wasn't ready yet we haven't even filled your order. She said she was sorry for the delay but I'm the only one working back here today. We told her not to worry we will wait for her to call us. We got the call around 4:30 to pick up our order, she was the only one that was loading other vehicles when we pulled up. We could tell she was a hard worker but looking very worn out. I think with covid Kroger should encourage customers to use click list and have more employees working and filling the click...

I had to go to Kroger here. Gross. This place is a nasty mess! There were various spills (both recent and dried) all over the store. There were several products that were from the refrigerators and freezers left in various places and were warm and melted. Food wrappers and half eaten foods were in a few other places. The employees at the self checkout lanes just left various messes on the floor, and a lady slipped on a bag that had been thrown on the floor. This store is DIRTY! I saw no manager to discreetly report these issues to and the employee I did manage to find said that it "was not (her) department" To top it off, there is hardly anything adequately stocked.
