I love coffee, but always get overwhelmed when it comes to ordering. I asked the gentleman working to make me something that tasted good, and left it to his discretion. He asked me if I preferred hot or iced coffee and I told him hot. What happened next was magical. This man working made me the most delicious cup of coffee with a wonderfully professional cream pour on top. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone and their momma. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable for not knowing what I wanted and he did such an amazing job. There is also a beautiful sit down area with a barn style door and nook for reading, sitting, or working. My trip to Stomping Grounds Coffee made a terrible wet dreary no good day into something that I will remember forever all thanks to the young man that was working the counter who made me comfortable in the establishment and was exceedingly nice. He wanted to make sure that I liked what he made (which I very obviously did) and genuinely wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my trip.

I love the lattes they put out here. Always fun, monthly and seasonal drinks to try and there's never a bunch of coffee grounds at the bottom of your cup (why I stopped going to scooters). Staff is always very friendly. You can tell this place is a fun coffee shop, loved by the community. Because of that though, there can be quite a bit of chatter, so it may be more of a place for conversation and coffee, rather than a more quiet shop to get some work done on your laptop or phone. At least if you're easily distracted like me. They never claimed to be a library though. 😅 I don't mind paying a little more for my coffee here, I'd rather support a local business. I will say though, if you do any add-ons, your drink will get a little pricey pretty quickly. But they do have a reward card.
