Hideout Pizzaria — Restaurant in Louisville

This place gets 2 stars cause at least we didn't have to wait for a table, but after eating there I know why. I've waited tables and never have I ever brought everyone's food out except one person and made that person wait for over 15 mins to get their very simple item. We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of boneless wings for our daughter. Pizzas came and she sat waiting for 15 mins for her wings. When the wings did show up they we mushy as were her fries like they weren't done all the way. And we were still charged full price. The pizza wasn't good either. We got a BBQ chicken pizza on thin crust and it was damn near burnt and super dry like it didn't have enough sauce, our son and his friend ordered a cheese pizza half sausage on regular crust and it looked good and they seemed happy with it. I took a bite out of one of their pieces and I'm just not impressed with the flavor of anything at this place. Good thing they serve beer cause I don't know how they would stay...

My son and I went in this evening and order a carryout order we where told to go to the bar in which we did...the young lady working the bar asked if we needed anything Not that she said can I help you! We ordered a Medium supreme pizza and bbq wings...she rung us up and did not take the receipt which my son had signed to give to her...it sat there the whole time... I watch her pick up everyone else's receipt but his.... I didnt say anything...then we sat there almost an hour before receiving our food she didnt ask if our food was ok or if we needed anything cause she like just sat the pizza on the counter and started talking to some guy at the other end of the bar I couldn't catch her to even ask for some ranch sauce for the chicken...the young lady working the bar I found to to be rude and nasty working with the public she should be trained better than she what is.... unfortunately we wont be back...Id rather drive to hometown pizza and y'all 6...

This is our second time visiting we visit once a year my family travels from fort Mill South Carolina and that's mutual ground for us we had a waiter with pink hair she was horrible when she took our order she sat down when she gave us our food nothing was right but when we told her she got an attitude and it wasn't that we were picking on her or anyting we just Wanted our food she has horrible customer service skills maybe she would do better doing another position 😔 she's not approachable not a good listener she handled us all rough and I wanted to give attitude back I backed off I let someone else handle her rude and disrespectful we had a party of 11 I tried to leave a review the other day and the phone just push five stars I was so disappointed we agreed to pick another spot...
