Cashier Don was Harassing, very Rude and very Unprofessionally. Went to this location yesterday to shop for work pants. I went to use the dressing room to try them on about a few minutes in I hear the handle to the dressing room door Iām using turn so I said āsomeone is in hereā Then a few seconds later I here a knock I said ā Iām in hereā so Cashier Don say you been in there too long you need to hurry up someone else need to use the dressing room how long are you going to be in there. I said excuse me? He said I need to put someone in there. I felt so rushed and HARASSED. Iām in a dressing room trying on pants to buy for work and I get told Iām taking too long and that I need to hurry up cause someone else need to use the dressing room. I hear him talking outside the door more. I got dressed and put my things back on. First! I didnāt know we was timed on how long we are to use Goodwills dressing rooms. Second! I didnāt know if another person needed to use the dressing room we are to just get out and let them because the cashier say so. There are two dressing rooms there. What Don did was so Unprofessional, Rude and Harassing. I didnāt buy anything because I will not spend my hard earned money where Iām treated in that manner. I spoke to two managers there they apologized one gave me the number to corporate I called and put a complaint in. No one should ever be Harassed or treated Rude like that while using the dressing room or shopping. While trying on clothes an announcement comes over the intercom saying ā this is a reminder that if you have children in the toy section to keep an eye on them. This is not a daycare.ā My child was the ONLY child in the store and him and my husband are together in the toy section? The toy section is small so he literally couldnāt have been five foot away from his dad. It felt very unpersonal and called out. I can most definitely own up to when something needed to be redirected in bad behavior but this was not one of those cases. As soon as the announcement was over my husband had said āUm I really hope this isnāt directed toward me and my child because we are right next to each other?ā And cheryl just walked away to the back and ignored him. The young man at the register (who was very sweet) answered instead and said that he didnāt believe it was directed toward us and that she makes that announcement throughout the day. He seemed embarrassed by the announcement.I could 100% understand and own up if my child was not behaving, or was running around the store, but that is just not the case and we found that that was very unprofessional and rude the way we got ignored. He asked if i wanted to round up my purchase 93 cents I politely declined . He then proceeded to ask three more times and insisted that I give at least 4 cents . He then stated his bonuses are based off getting these round ups . 1 you donāt talk to people that way . I literally thought he was going to come over the counter at me .
