Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

We dined in and needed a bowl because a burrito was wrapped incorrectly and fell apart. We asked 3 people for a plate or bowl and they shook their heads yes and ignored us for 5 minutes hoping we would go away. We were the only people in the restaurant. I had to raise my voice and the 3 people came to help and we realized that they did not understand English. We had to point to things in their kitchen. The food was room temperature and the meat tasted weird. We paid extra to add lettuce to a burrito and didnt get it and gave up trying to explain it. New taco in jtown area, going down hill, you don't see much to anyone at lunch time there, they only have taco stuff no long John silver, they were making the food right but now forget it! They are putting HALF the meat on the tacos today, I know I was there several times, its like they don't care. It needs to be a combination taco and long John silver restaurant like. Most of them.
