Happy Dragon — Restaurant in Louisville

We have ordered here for many years. We order the Garlic Chicken Extra Extra Spicy "HOT". Once in awhile they would make it Spicy , but NOT "HOT". So, we kept ordering there(mainly because they are a clean restaurant). On 8/6/19 for $38.85 and 8/26/19 for $38.85... we ordered our usual and it was sweet and bland again. Not how we ordered it. So I called and asked for the manager. A woman told me "your order WAS SPICY". "THAT IS HOW 99.9% OF PEOPLE LIKE SPICY". Argued with me and basically called me a liar. So, I have spent my last $18.00 On two meals alone. Generally we spend from $38.85 and up.

Last night we tried Double Dragon down the road in J-town and they know what "Spicy Hot" means. Our food was DELICIOUS! I gave Happy Dragon years to only be hit and miss on just SPICY not even hot. My mistake....

Came in today ordered orange chicken, sesame chicken ,both with fried rice and an order of crab rangoon. "45.00" The crab rangoon came out first and my husband and I split one open and took one bit and did not like it at all. We told them we didn't like it and they informed us that they could not give us a refund because we ordered it and we was the ones that didn't like it. My husband told the lady that if he didn't like it he would not be paying for it. After a little back and forth they did end up giving our money back but not before explaining to us that it was rude and that no one else would of gave us our money back for the crab rangoon. Also if we was to come back to be aware they do not give out refunds. However everything...

Bourbon and Orange chicken was OK. Seems like they filled the container with a lot more rice than chicken. You used to get a whole container of food and a small container if rice but not these days. The wonton's are the worst. Want to talk about shrinkflation...wow. These used to be much bigger and made with a crispy dough like the crab ragoon but not anymore. They are so small and you can't taste the meat, just the grease. See pics below, the fork is for size reference. Will not order this again. Egg rolls are descent but for the price...not worth it. Good thing a friend had a delivery gift card. Would not have been worth the $60 for 2 dinners, small fried rice, egg rolls, crab ragoon, fried wonton's, order of sweet...
