I am not one to commonly leave negative reviews, but I do not plan on ordering from this Subway ever again. They've messed up my order in the past and I just chose to let it go. Today I had the free time to go back into the store (after driving home) because my online order was incorrect.
I had ordered two bowls and both bowls had avocado on it (which is an upcharge). When I received my order, both bowls did not have avocado on it. I already paid for it online. I went back to the store and let them know they had messed up my order and I was just hoping to get a new one re-made--no harm, no foul. The employee at the counter was very nice and understanding and remade my order... And nearly each step of the way was incorrect in more ways than just missing one ingredient.
Firstly, both bowls had spinach, and he started to make a lettuce bowl. One bowl had tomato the other didn't, and he put tomatoes in both. I told the young man it's OK to take his time and I did not try to rush or pressure him. At this point, another employee came up to order his lunch for his break, and the employee who was working on correcting my order went to help him instead, after putting another incorrect ingredient on one of the bowls.
There were two other employees in the back that could of helped this other employee if he was struggling to fulfill a simple online order. I requested a refund at this point which...
