Harbor Freight — Local services in Louisville

Update 4-2022: Coupons are gone, well the 20% off one that is, some little coupons are here and there, but if you want good prices you must join inside track club, and pay them! Since when is this a Sam's or Costco? I have visited much less often due to the lack of coupons. As for help there are some good ones and a few bad ones that just want a paycheck. Store is usually clean and organized.

Old: This is a good places to find tools although sometimes they may not last as long as your higher price counterparts but there's a lot of items that are worth more than you could ever imagine and I highly recommend. The absolute WORST experience I've ever had. 3 of the 4 staff members were unacceptably rude and nasty not just to me but to the entire store. They decided to close 1.5 hours early and demanding all 15 customers to leave. Many things happen that can cause a place to close early, that wasn't the problem. The problem was the attitude and degrading remarks made to myself and other customers. The actual cashier was great, she was very pleasant, she even apologized for the others being so hateful. Harbor Freight is great place to find all types of tools and accessories. The variety is amazing from wire ties to wrenches. There are some tools which just don't have the value, air compressors and generator, better off buying name brands. You won't see any well know brands of most power tools but for things like tarps, gloves, brushes and wire ties. Harbor Freight has you covered. Their is always sale items and lots of give a ways. They have a loyalty program with member discounts. I recently bought a engine stand and for the price is a good value.
