Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisville

It was horrible from start to finish. One of the worst customer service I've ever had. First, I spent 20mins trying to place an order online. When that didn't work, I called in to place my order. The person who took my order sounded like she was put out the way for having to take my order. She advised approximately 30 min. wait. An hour and 15mins later... no pizza. I called and when they answered the phone, they answered, "Thank you for calling... we are closed". I advised I've waiting on an order... she hollered at at a coworker to see IF they were taking my order to deliver. I asked how long the pizza had been made, since its been over an hour and she said about 5mins. 🤔 but he was on the way. I live approximately 3 miles away. An hour later... still no pizza. I called again... they again answered they were closed.. which is not what a customer wants to hear when waiting almost 2 hrs for an order wants to hear... and spoke to a 3rd person and he said they had the wrong phone number and offered to comp the order, make it fresh, thru in a 2 liter and would have it to me in 20-25mins. That was the only decent part of the whole experience. 40mins later... still no pizza. Someone called from the restaurant to get directions and had the driver on another phone. The girl put the phone down to tell him the directions on another phone. She apparently forgot I was still on the line and had a cursing meltdown using a plethora of cuss words. When she realized I was still on the phone, she said she hoped I hadn't heard her and said it was not her normal character and blamed it on her frustration on the driver's incompetence, but said he was in the parking lot and should be there any moment. 20mins later... still no pizza. The manager calls... who I believe sounded just like the girl who had the cursing meltdown apparently had to drive to meet the driver to help him find my address. He then proceeded to tell me this was all my fault for giving the wrong address... when I didn't.... and they had already told me they had the wrong phone number in the first place.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE...

I placed my order at 2pm, it said est delivery was 2:45. Not long after it went out for delivery. An hour and a half later it still hadnt arrived, and i had to go to work. My roommate called the store for me to figure out where it was, and the woman on the phone was very rude, blaming us for waiting 2 hours to call and claiming that since we ordered contactless a neighbor probably stole it. This isnt possible because despite not wanting in person contact with the risk of covid still high, i was checking constantly, especially after it said it was out for delivery, and as the delivery time approached and passed. I checked the front, back round back, and at every other condo in the complex. Also, the woman claimed that it was marked as delivered, but every time i checked and continue to check the tracking page, it says out for delivery. The missing order was bad enough but the costumer service representative getting angry with us and blaming us for opting contactless made the whole experience...

I ordered the 2 large (one just cheese, and the other cheese mushrooms and black olives. NO Meat)) 3topping pizzas and 2 liter deal. I had never ordered Pizza hut online, so I called to confirm, because I didn't see it tracking. When I called it said store was closed. So I cancelled the online order. Pizza hut called my phone, but all I could hear was workers in the background. I hung up and called back as it was late and we were craving pizza hut. Again, the store was closed. So after placing the order at 11:39.Driver shows up around 12:45. (Very nice man, was tipped well) the entire order plus tip was a little over $40. Problem is pizza was cold and extremely sloppy..after my family and I started eating we notice pieces of SAUSAGE.🤬🤮 on the mushroom and black olive pizza. Couldn't eat any more Disgusting had to toss the rest. Very sloppy AND I had already cancelled the order online!!???. Doubt I will ever order pizza hut again. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed used to love...
