Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

Was I told I would be charged for a Veggie sandwich when all I wanted was a foot long with nothing on it and a spicy Italian for my daughter because it is her favorite. $9 for bread? Then I go ahead and order my daughter's sandwich and get to the toppings. The lettuce was really bad so I asked if he had any other lettuce and he said no. I still paid for the sandwich with no lettuce and left him a tip but horrible food quality and my daughter didn't like the sandwich that she has always loved. I will never go back to this...

Worst experience ever at this subway. Employee doesn’t even know how to check the balance on subway gift card and when I asked for manager she said manager is not here today like how can you let your business run with uneducated employees and customers can’t even use the bathroom because they keep it locked. I paid $8.34 for 2 water bottle and one chips. Like 2.99 for one small bottle and still have bad service? Subway needs to take action...

Terrible service, employees didn’t know how to operate the cash register and this location is always out of items, and not to mention there soda fountain machine is down so you have to pay for the bottled soda which is more pricey, employees said they have items restocked in a few days and I come back after a week and they still don’t have anything...
