My daughter and I went into the store yesterday, Saturday, March 22 to go shopping. We always enjoy going in there. We have visited this store multiple times over the last couple years and have spent a lot of money. While the clothes are quite cute, they are way way overpriced just to buy one small dress could cost from $50-$75 which is quite unreasonable. I have five grandkids and thoroughly enjoy going and spending money in them but again a little overpriced. I have bought blankets I bought spoons cups, toys, clothes, and again spent a lot of money. I will say that there is one woman in there. Sheās the younger one and Iām not sure if sheās the owner or she just works there. She is really not a child person. She is quite impatient with the kids and again yesterday was quite impatient with us. This was the third time we had been in the store and she was working and had interaction with her. We would love to come shopping in there, but we donāt want to experience an impatient employee again. There were two other older woman who were just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am super disappointed in the customer service I received today. I have shopped at this significantly over priced store for the past year as I live around the corner. I shopped here to support a local store during hard times. Between myself and my sister and gift cards, I have spent easily over $1k this year. Last week, I bought a $33 hat for my son (which I can buy at Nordstrom for less); the sizing was way off - I bought a medium for 2-4 year old and he is almost 3 and it was too small. So I came in today to exchange (not return) and they denied me the ability to get a bigger size because the tags were off. Well, how many parents out there wash and remove itchy tags before it goes on the kid expecting the item to fit? I know one of the women really tried to get the exchange done and maybe just eat the cost while the other one just blatantly said no and basically suggested that I should just have my son wear it a certain way to force it to fit...ummm ok....no! No more shopping and...

I also called and confirmed the storeās hours via their voice message - which also stated Open until 6:00pm. I drove over to pick up a baby gift for a shower Iām attending out of town tomorrow and was greeted by a locked door (which also lists the store hours as Open until 6:00pm). The employees inside the store did come to the door to let me know what they decided to close early so that they could get ready for a big sale tomorrow? Are you kidding me? With all that said, instead of inviting me in to quickly pick something out, they grew aggravated with me and eventually said, āI guess you can come inā. My response was...
