Rally House Paddock Shops — Local services in Louisville

I was very impressed with the help of the staff and manager at Rally House! I was trying to find just the right U of L gear for my cousin, and probably made three trips to the store returning/exchanging items. The staff never got upset and was always happy to help and offer professional recommendations! Will definitely be making all my sports apparel purchases from the Rally House in the Paddock Shops...

Spent a lot of money on a sweat shirt and a pair of sweatpants. When we got home I realized there was a hole in the pants. We live out of town so there is no way to exchange the pants. I called the store and she said there’s nothing they can do and now they are out of stock...

Disappointing. Although there is lots of inventory, there’s so little room in the store that it’s very difficult to comfortably browse and see the different things available. A very poor shopping experience for the customer. PS- it would be nice if there some things featured...
