DO NOT ORDER ORNAMENTS IN ADVANCE AND EXPECT THEM TO BE THERE!!!! Horrible experience and an unsympathetic “just the way it goes” mentality of staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Big ornament debut. I ordered online the day before to make sure I got the ones I wanted and didn’t have to fight the crowds. Several hundred dollars later, and my order placed, I go in this morning. “We don’t have any ornaments under your name.” What? Finally after a few minutes of them not knowing what happened, they said… “oh. We haven’t done any online orders yet.” And we’re probably out of them all as we were busy this morning. Again… WHAT? Well… they open at 10 and don’t get there til 9:30. Uh… Ornament release day. You may want to get to work earlier that day!!! It’s like calling ahead for a reservation and when you get there, you’re told you have to wait as they went ahead and seated everyone else ahead of you that DIDN’T have a reservation. NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this establishment. It has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I may forgo ALL Anne’s Hallmarks if this is how they’re run. Very disappointed in our experience at this Hallmark store. We were looking for a particular 2023 ornament. Unfortunately, they were sold out of this ornament( which I understand). They did have a display ornament. I asked to purchase the display and was very curtly told " we don't sell the display ornaments." This was very clearly not true as multiple display spots were empty. They did not offer to try and find one at another of their stores We went to Missys' Hallmark at the mall, found the ornament we wanted and spent an additonal ,$135.00 It was Ann's Hallmarks loss! Did not have a good experience. One of the customers had a question and the employee literally said, “Better make it quick because you only get two questions.” She also refused to take my mom’s coupon at checkout because it was “too late” in the transaction even though my mom hadn’t paid yet.
