Him & Her Boutique — Local services in Louisville

I visited Him & Her a few weeks ago and unfortunately wasn’t met with the best experience.

When I walked in I wasn’t met with a single greet. Two sets of customers walked in a few seconds after me and employees at the register, front, and even back of the store all greeted these customers.

I browsed the store unsure of what to look for. I even remained in a specific section trying to narrow down a shirt. I looked like your typical “that customer looks like they need assistance.” Again, I wasn’t offered any help. The father and some right next to me? It was all hands on deck.

Just because I don’t look like your cookie-cutter Norton Commons customer, doesn’t mean I don’t have money to spend.

I left disappointed. I certainly found what I wanted, but the experience, or lack of it, outweighed that want.

I was excited to have a nearby boutique that sells brands that I typically have to order online. Unfortunately, it looks like I’ll have to stick to online...

As a person without a great sense of style without my wife weighing in, she recommended me to go to Him and Her Boutique to find my last minute Thurby outfit while she was at work.

10/10 experience. I was greeted with kindness and enthusiasm to get me together. Everyone was so helpful and fun. We narrowed down the shirt colors to two colors and then the three ladies working there voted on their favorite to help me decide. They helped me have fun through the experience and they seemed to be having fun too. They helped me match my shoes, belt and a hat.

I'm grateful for the attention to detail and knowledge of what works and doesn't. My wife was impressed and loved the whole look too. I won't be looking elsewhere when I need a fresh...

I cannot convey adequately how much my husband and I absolutely love this store. They have so many lifted styles that are fresh (seems monthly!) and cover so many tastes…I feel amazing walking out the door whether casual or date night or for a formal event…we have found them all at Him & Her. I receive SO many compliments, literally every outfit I wear, I am stopped. By far, though, the amazing individualized attention we receive from everyone at Him & Her is unmatched. We do not live locally, but we can count on them to pull clothes together for us, for anything. We have made special trips just to stop in and we are never disappointed. We adore the store and those who make it so special to everyone who walks...
