Beautiful place, unpleasant front desk worker.

After through the drop off lane to unload a handicapped passenger, I and several other people behind me were blocked in by another driver who parked there and apparently went into the building. after maybe 10 minutes of this, i went in and asked the front desk if they would page whomever to move the car. The front desk worker responded rudely, refusing to help in any way. The same front desk worker was then aggressive with another driver who was similarly blocked from being able to drop off her handicapped mother by the same parked car.
