Absolutely Rude.. I placed an order online. I received a call stating he had sent me two emails and needed to know what to do with my order. I told him I was sorry but had not received an email and asked what he needed from me. He said my order was on back order and he needed to know what to do. I said well I guess just cancel. He said yeah since you’re not willing to read your email I guess that’s the best thing to do. I said listen, no need for the attitude, if I received your email I would have happily responded. This man was so rude and obnoxious and clearly doesn’t need any business! I can assure you I will never spend money with this company!! Absolutely awful customer service!!!! Not a lot of reviews for a business that has been around for quite some time. Website store has about 8 things for sale which is bizarre.
