Just using my Best Buy review that included interation with Loveland/Centerra Geek Squad:
Had a GREAT experience yesterday (4/13) and a simply HORRIBLE experience today!
Bought a Garmin solar assisted smart watch yesterday - they were MORE than glad to assist me then. Having problems getting the USB power cord to function, I went back. Couldn't get ANY Best Buy employees to even LOOK at the cord/connection; I was sent directly to Geek Squad. No one there would even look at it. Spencer said my only choice was to make an appointment for a future date because he was "going home in two minutes", once again without even so much as looking at the watch they were SO happy to spend time selling me yesterday!
Went to Greeley Best Buy next. Had no less than THREE Best Buy employees try their luck (not even suggesting Geek Suad) before suggesting it was defective and should be returned. They didn't have a replacement but were more than happy to have a replacement sent to my residence within two days! Yes, I lost all my setup and data but, at this point, I was just pickled tink that I receiving positive customer service!
If I were so bold, I would suggest Loveland/Centerra Best Buy and Geek Squad employees spend some time at Greeley in order to learn what...

Forty minutes later the tech said he was done and needed to check for parts, I had an appointment to fix a broken screen shouldn’t we have done this before his 40 minute diagnostic? He came back and told me they don’t carry parts for red iPhones and I would have to go to Boulder. When I asked him why I had to wait for a diagnostic when the screen was clearly broken he ignored me and continued working on his computer, he didn’t look up he didn’t say anything just ignored me until I walked away.
