First off I have been shopping here for 4 years now, I have spent well over $1000 in vapes and glass. I went in on a Sunday to buy a vape for 167 dollars. I let the owners wife or girlfriend talk me into a much less expensive piece. She told me how great it was and that I should not waste the extra cash on the one I planned on getting. Well the C Rig that she spoke so highly of broke after just 4 day's. I went back in on Thursday there were a ton of people in the shop with only one woman working. I waited 30 min watched her ring up 4 people and give them all a 10% discount plus free rolling papers for the wait. Then low and behold the Albino looking girl that sold me the crig walks in the door. She was in a terrible mood from the start. I told her the pen she talked me into buying had broke in only 4 days. There is a glass dome that cracked and broke on Wednesday while twisting it off to reload. She told me it happens alot. Then showed me new glass that I could buy to replace the dome. I asked her for a discount since this pen was only 4 days old. She told me she could not give me a discount because I broke my glass. I reminded her that she told me that a lot of them broke. But she refused to give me a discount. So I paid 15 bucks for a new dome. The very next day the ceramic piece that holds the wax broke off. I tossed the pen in the trash. I would of been happy with 10% and some papers. But she lost a very good customer that day over $1.50 I hope you are reading this. I have bought 5 glass pieces 3 pens and two other vaporizers from you. And you would not give me a 10% discount on a broken piece of trash you forced me into buying? This was the first and only problem I have ever had. Nothing but cool folks that work there. She needs to stay away and let her good employees keep up the good name...

Question: no,Hate: yes. Every customer having a descent question asking any employee working here? This staff is so ignorant,not ever knowing anything about their own products they are selling, very little. Any thing they don't happen to have? They say; they get all thier stuff at "Harbor Freight"...hmm I could do that too! If ones selling anything,looks like one should know something other than the price of the product. 'Cause even at that, they don't. A lot of waisted time & bad experiences going here for sure. Maybe the staff is all to STONED!? & Whenever is the thinking of huffing a hooka & then blowing smoke in my face of someone customer you never ever saw before,ever to be "cool" blowing smoke in anyface of a potential customer? Then when I asked to know of whom the owner is? Oh its this girl standing right there staring at the two of us in this very rude employee. Just to say bad,BAD,VERY,VERY BAD PLACE. as others may seem its quite appropriate for employees doing Smack behavior to start a fight! This place is a dive joint from a California hood of getto type rudeness. Just some stupid punk kids choosing its own customer base. And expect to get a 10% discount off anything already jacked up to 150% minimum of were you can pay full retail for anywhere else. OH yes she shared her Marketing items in thier store all come from Harbor Freight anyway. So why bother with even going there to have smoke blown in your face...

I would give this place a five star as they have just about everything you're looking for and more however am selecting a 3 star due to lack of good customer service by the csr on hand whom appeared more interested in her phone vs helping a customer unless you were there for vape juice then she was on that for the 2 people whom came in during my visit but couldn't bother to ask if I wanted to see something in the case instead I had to ask for her attention and service. Would have purchased more had the service been well. I will give this place 2 more chances to give me a great experience before I shop elsewhere. To the owners great setup truly awesome selections etc and I will be back,, just sad for the last of...
