Burger King — Restaurant in Loveland

Usually I don't have any issues with this Burger King. However the last two experiences have been pretty awful. Last night I went with a friend and we ordered 2 meals. My friend ordered a bacon cheese burger plain. The "bacon" that the employees put on that cheeseburger looked like it had been burned and it was just a bunch of tiny pieces that were so hard they could not be biten through. I ordered a bbq bacon crispy chicken sandwich and asked for no tomatoes. I got it with no tomatoes and NO BACON!!! Why on Earth would anyone pay the extra price for a bbq bacon chicken sandwich just to get it without bacon?! I honestly feel like I got robbed. If this was a one time thing I could live with that, however it's not. The last time I came here I ordered onion rings with my meal in place of french fries. Everyone knows there's an up-charge when you order onion rings instead of fries. Did I get the onion rings I ordered and paid for? No obviously not. Just like I did NOT get the bacon I paid for last night. The bacon that they put on my friends bacon cheeseburger couldn't be eaten either. So once again I paid for something I (my friend in this case) did not receive. As someone that has worked in fast food I'll be the first to admit that the job can be stressful. With that being said the job doesn't require you to be a genius and clearly the people working here are mentally handicapped. Actually I don't want to put them in the same category as mentally handicapped people because they are smarter than the employees that work at this Burger King. If you have the option to eat somewhere else DO IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING...

While picking up an order for Uber Eats, I encountered an irate individual who appeared to be the "manager" of the establishment. He expressed extreme annoyance upon my arrival, despite the order already being paid for. He proceeded to inform me that I would be “locked in” the building for a while until my order was ready. Naturally, I hesitated to enter after such a remark, but he snapped at me, insisting that I come in. As I patiently waited for my order, he berated his coworkers, claiming to be the sole person handling all incoming orders. When my order was finally ready, he shouted at me, demanding to know if it was mine. I pulled up the Uber Eats app on my phone to confirm the order's name, and in response, he clapped and asked if it was mine. This experience left me feeling profoundly disrespected. Another man present in the restaurant was visibly shocked by the manager's treatment towards me. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment unless they enjoy being yelled at or having someone clap in their face. I sincerely recommend the management reconsider their hiring decisions and seek individuals who possess greater decency...

This Burger King has one of the massive Coke machines that gives you nearly endless options. For those of us who drink diet drinks this opens a whole new world of refreshment choices when usually we get diet cola. I hate cola. More restaurants need these. I enjoyed a Mellow Yellow Zero Limeade flavor. So yummy.

The fries were good as usual but a little oversalted. This was easily remedied with a quick wipe before each bite. Kind of common even though it seems something easily regulated each time. It should be more consistent.

This time I opted for the Sourdough King. It was meh at best. The little sourdough buns were tiny & covered maybe half of the patties. There was one sad bacon broke up to make it look like more but it clearly wasn't. I expected a lot more from this sandwich. I deducted one star for this.

The other star was because management could be a little more friendly. The rest of the staff was personable & friendly even though they were busy. Usually the management should set the tone of the staff so maybe they could learn a thing or two from...
