Was In For A Few Items Ive Seen Online, The Website Said They Were In Stock At This Location. Happened To Cross A Manager Talking To An Employee. (I Suffer From Social Anxiety And Depression So One On One Service Is Usually Ideal For Me.) Waiting Until They Were Done Talking The Employee Tried His Best To Help Me Find Them. The Items I Was Looking For Weren't In Stock. The Cashier At The Time Called The Person They Were Talking To Earlier To An Aisle To Assist Me. Pointing Towards The Location. The Woman I Talked To Told Me That They Haven't Had This Item For Sometime. Walked Me Up And Down That Aisle About 3 Times And Said I Could Try My Luck At Seeing It In A Busier Location. I Asked If She Could Maybe Check In The Back She Told Me Everything That They Have Is Out And That They Rotate Stock Regularly So She Would Know. I Showed Her My Phone So She Could See The Items (Also Including The Fact They Said "IN STOCK") Huffing She Walked Towards The Back Room As I Stood With The Front Cashier From Earlier. Asked Him If He Knew How To Check His System To See If Any Other Locations Had These. (He Didn't, I Nodded And Put My Head Down Watching The Floor In The Meantime.) The Phone Rang And The Cashier Answered It. He Told Me She Said No And I Left. (Considering I Put Myself Out There To Talk To Her, I Was Saddened That She Hadn't Even Tried Walking Back Towards The Front To Tell Me This Herself), She Was Chatting With Another Employee Towards The Back. The Customer Service For Management Could Use Some Work. Aren't Employees On The Sales Floor Supposed To Be Kind And Actively Looking For Customers To Assist While Working Instead Of Gossiping And Lazing About? Disappointing Experience Not Going To This Location...
Read moreI went into this store around 630pm on 12/2/18 to buy Benadryl. I was looking at the non name brand, and name brand, and found a walgreens brand bottle with 365 tablets for 6.99 with 1 dollar off coupon for 5.99 final price. There was a lady in this isle putting items away. At the register, it rang up to 20.99, in which I stated was incorrect, it should be 5.99 with coupon. I went back, took a picture of it with the price tag below it, and the manager went back with my boyfriend so he can show the manager. The heavier set lady in the isle told the manager that WE MUST HAVE SWITCHED THE TAGS AND/OR PUT THE TAGS THERE. I for one, find this offensive, never being in trouble with the law, and being a public servant. The manager stated they could not then honor it because it was advertised for the wrong product. Umm, hello, I DID NOT SWITCH THE TAGS, NOR PUT THE WRONG TAG THERE TO SAY THAT IT WAS LIKE THAT. I am appalled that somebody would even accuse me of switching tags, I am not a criminal!
NEVER GO TO THIS WALGREENS, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES, AND WILL ACCUSE YOU OF...
Read moreWorst service in pharmacy, rude pharmacy techs at the drive up window and they don’t check who you are at all anymore with your address so you could get the wrong rx or get someone else’s! They also don’t know how to order meds, they run out of my dogs meds every month and they only had enough to half fill it last week and then she said it would be done the next day or Monday very curtly when I asked nicely. It’s now Monday and the automated system says it won’t be done until Wednesday and I had to call and check! I will be out of the medication by then so if there are any issues with them getting it, I won’t be able get the refill on time since he takes it by 8am and he cannot miss a dose. I am switching pharmacies immediately and will NEVER use them again. Have fun with your dumpster fire of a store too, with the ceiling leaking and all the products a mess and a pharmacy that is filled with unhappy people and woefully...
