I will admit, first impression wasn't the most positive. I kept thinking "What did I get myself into?" It didn't take long for it to grow on me though. For starters, at the price The Oasis charges, you could stay at some of the sketchiest, most run down places in town. We are talking places that you see in movies where someone stays when they are fleeing from the law. Places that probably have a chalk outline in the carpet from the previous guests. Or, you can stay at a Motel 6 or something like that for almost twoce the price. Or, you can stay ar The Oasis. That's basically why I booked. Anyway, as i settled in, I realized I was staying in a charmingly quickly place that was more of an experience than a room. I stayed in "The Jewel". It was designed to it's theme very well. Kind of gaudy, but they were going for an "Arabian Nights" theme and honestly, they kinda nailed it. My first impression of the bed was that it's super firm, but when I say it was the first time in years that I woke up without hip pains... that's not just some sort of an exaggeration. The first morning, I woke up early and walked to Perkins. It's proximity to a breakfast diner earned it more points because I do love my breakfast. After breakfast, I had time to kill before the wedding (did i forget to brag that i was in town for my daughter's wedding?), so I walked around the yard and building. It's all very "recycled art", which i admit isn't really my thing, but for those that do like it, they will be charmed. The life sized Elvis have way up the steps startled me everytime, but that was just became amusing to me after the 6th time. The shower takes a long time to heat up, but with tankless water heaters, you never really run out of hot water once it get there. Just don't turn on the water and hop in right away, or you might get hypothermia. One of the downsides is that there is only two bathrooms, so if the place is booked up, getting that morning shower might be about good timing more than anything else. During my stay, there was only 2 of us in the place, so it wasn't a problem for me. Overall, i left knowing that I would most likely book again when I come back out to Loveland. I mean, I have more themes to see. Probably going "Sci-Fi Zone" or "Enchanted Forest" next time (i like the halfway that leads to Enchanted Forest, it has lights on motion sensors). I highly reccomend The Oasis based off price, value, location, and the fact that you getting more than a room, but also...

My girlfriend Ternie and I stayed in the Forest Room, and let me tell you — it was like stepping into a peaceful fairytale retreat tucked away in real life. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a warm, inviting energy that made us feel instantly at home. The room is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed with nature in mind, and full of little touches that truly made it feel enchanted. Little surprises everywhere and even some treats hanging from a tree.. ;)
Lindsay and Jason were amazing hosts — kind, courteous, and super responsive. You can tell they’ve poured their hearts into this space. From the artistic decor to the calming atmosphere, everything about the stay felt restorative and intentional.
Our only regret? We wish we had more time to soak it all in. This is the kind of place you don’t just stay at — you remember it.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to relax, reset, and feel...
Read moreBeautiful location, with gas stations, grocery stores, and all types of restaurants nearby. The owners are very quick to answer and helpful in regards to where you can go or what you can do in the area. The view is gorgeous since you are so close to the mountains and you get to enjoy a hot tub with a therapy pool next to it. The rooms worked for all eight of us, with tvs and cable boxes in each. There were rows of old vhs tapes and boardgames that really gave meaning to our apartment, the Nostalgia Suite. They had ingredients and welcome packets of food in the kitchen, along with utensils for every situation. Extra towels, sheets, and toiletries sat in the cabinets for easy grab. The only sad part for us was sharing one bathroom on the smaller end, but we came aware of that fact. Overall, a great place to stay and we would highly...
