So I've had nothing but trouble since I signed up with Aaron's few months ago they sign me up for autopay. Well when they ran the auto pay and came back declined because they had my address wrong which they copied off of my license when I gave it them so I don't know how the information could be wrong. They then explain to me that I had to pay an extra $8 on each account because the payment was declined. So I ended up making the payment through the app. And I also fix my address with them. Well the second auto pay comes around and they run it through and it comes back declined again it's because they had my address wrong again they added the word basement to my address. And again they copied this off my license. So I don't know how the information was wrong. So again I had to pay an extra $8 per account so now I'm up to paying $32 that was not even my fault I don't think it's right. So I tried to straighten this out and I called the store.someone there could not help me they didn't seem like they new what they were doing. So I asked to speak to the manager after being on hold for 35 minutes someone came back on and said that he would call me he was too busy. This was on Friday July 4th they told me they'd give him a message to call me. nothing's been straightened out I'm still owed $32 today it is July 9th and I still have not heard from the manager I guess they don't like to call customers back something needs to be done about this I don't believe that I should have to absorb this $32 charge because you guys did not get my information correct. I think you need to monitor what's going on at the store does not seem like they have great customer service . And I did check with my card company and they did say that the multiple addresses that were run through were incorrect and that's why they did not let the payment go through. I don't know what can be done about this but I'm seriously ready to switch to another company. Just a bad experience all...
Read moreThey suck in the lowell office first joe Dejesus the manager of Aarons dating his employee then promoting her it was reported to corporate they did nothing there was a lot of favoritism going on making everyone leave the female worker smelled all the time like bo joe was rude to customers and always making threats to them swearing in front of the customers to the workers not only the workers the customers as well when corporate found out about joe and Ashley they moved joe to another store that's is ridiculous cause he should of been fired so should she for going against Aarons rules and regulations to there company then joe put a tv under someone else's name got rid of the file but it was still in the computer and he is still there that is crazy all in all worst place ever I advise everyone not to rent from them and stay at rent a center the new manger Maria is awful and not a good person always has an attitude and is always never there she leaves when ever she feels like it...
Read moreOrdered my sectional from them they said it would arrive Tuesday between 3-6. Tuesday comes around I get rid of my old couches around 1:30. Waited till 5 called to ask what time more or less it would show up for them to tell me the truck broke down and they won’t arrive till Thursday. If they would have called and explained that I would’ve never got rid of the old couches till Thursday. Now I’m left with an empty living room for 2 days when all Aaron’s had to do is call. The woman manager was very rude and anyone could tell she couldn’t be bothered with a customer. Real poor customer service and handling of customers.
