I brought my laptop in for service due to it lagging and wanted it reset/recovery. He asked me if there were anything I wanted saved, I said I wanted my desktop saved. I now have my laptop and turn it on and find that my desktop has been completely cleared/erased of any icons and apps/programs I had saved. This is ridiculous. I have had my laptop serviced by other computer specialists and they saved my icons and programs. Very poor communication...
