Total Wireless — Local services in Lowell

Khaleel was extremely helpful. I was a customer with another service for ten years plus. They recently became very difficult and lost all positive customer service. I went across the street to total Verizon and Khaleel got me two phones keeping both numbers I already have. The price was a quarter of what my previous provider was going to charge me for and just an upgrade on one of my three lines. If i could give this store zero stars i would 3 times. No one ever picks up the phone in this store when you call it. Called 3 times all it does is ring. No voicemail nothing. To the store's reply message i switched carriers. I gave you guys a chance. There were other issues to. Plus when you guys are out of there id have to travel farther for any issues. I dont see total wireless being in downtown...

Fair overall experience but wait time was long. Phone is nice but had tiny crack on back cover. One other issue was that the rep. at the store told me the phone was a 2024 model, but when I looked up the ID # online, it showed it was a 2023 model.
