Little Delights Bakery — Restaurant in Lowell

I ordered 12 cup cakes from this place for my engagement party. I went to meet with Zack back in November spoke to him plus Email what I wanted and how I want the design to come out too.

I picked up the cup cake today, the design of my cupcake have nothing like what I asked for. I asked for very light pink mix with ivory for rosette design. The color came out very dark yellow with dark pink. When I said dark color of yellow it look like poop color and the design is not even a rosette it was a twist.

I said this is look nothing like I asked for. He said no that is the color you asked for and the design you asked for. I said look at the email and you wrote thing down as well check again. Like seriously I can get better looking cup cake with cheaper price from stop and shop or Hanna ford.

Not for nothing the derives there hardly smile. Look piss at me when I told them to fix it. I am not going to pay over price cup cake that look like this.

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW! I Placed an order for only THREE shakes/teas on Postmates... the delivery ETA was supposed to be 5:28pm, I see on the app on my phone that a Postmates driver is at the bakery trying to pickup my order when a message underneath reads “delayed at merchant”. For 20 minutes it says that & the driver does not move, so I contact the bakery directly and got ahold of a male employee (I did not get his name). However once I explained my situation to him, he first did not know what I was talking about and then said that no driver attempted to pick it up. But AS SOON as I get off the phone with this man, I get a text from Postmates saying that my order has been cancelled... I know a lot of you reading this will say it Postmates fault, but it’s to convenient & coincidental that my order gets cancelled as soon I contact the merchant. I will not be ordering from this place again. This place has left a very bad taste...

My oldest daughter took my youngest daughter there and got her hooked on these yummy creations. In turn my youngest got ME hooked and her and I try to pop in once a week. Have had quite a few varieties of the cupcakes they offer and every single one is heavenly, even the kinds with flavors I normally do not care for. The frosting is indescribable, not at all "heavy" or processed tasting. The cupcake itself is just enough💕 Today for the first time I had their coffee (Almond Joy)...Just yet another reason for me to rave on about this place! Not pricey at all, in my opinion, and the girl who has served us remembers us every time. Sweet girl with the cutest septum piercing, not sure if she is an employee or part of ownership/management. Trust and believe I have many friends who have seen my pics of what we buy and will be popping in to taste for themselves. LOVE...
